RT & Associates, Inc. was started in 1994 by Rich Tolvstad. Today, the company manages diverse construction projects including new commercial buildings, tenant improvements, renovation and seismic upgrades.  RT & Associates specializes in projects that are complex, unusual and/or  technically challenging, and those that require in-depth knowledge of construction methods and processes.  The company provides clients with focused service and attention to detail that results in quality and cost-effective projects.  The company prides itself on developing strong working partnerships with its clients and subcontractors.  It approaches each project with the idea of maximizing value for the client and solving complex or costly problems with creative, effective solutions.
